Slow down on the sunny side.

Yoga · Sunnyside, Denver

A neighborhood studio on Inca Street for people who want to move well, breathe deeper and leave a little lighter than they came.

Every class begins seated. Arrive, settle, then move.

Strength, breath, ease.

Strength

Flowing sequences that build a body you trust — steady legs, a strong back, shoulders that stop complaining.

Breath

Every class is paced by the breath, not by a playlist. You'll learn to slow it down and take that home with you.

Ease

Long holds and quiet endings. We leave time at the close of every class to simply lie still.

Suite 100 · 4055 Inca St

A room full of light.

Suite 100 is an open, bright space built for practice: wide floor, warm wood, plenty of room between mats. Props are here for everyone — just bring yourself.

Your first class.

No. Start with Foundations or Slow Flow and the teacher will offer options for every pose.

Comfortable clothes you can move in and water. Mats and props are in the room.

Ten minutes early, so you can settle in and tell the teacher about any injuries.

Then you rest. Child's pose is always allowed, and nobody is watching but you.
